I suggest you eat more than three times in a day with a bigger portion. Try to eat more carbohydrate to make your weight gain faster. Besides, you will need a lot of protein and you can find it by eating meats. But, try to eat the healthy one, okay.
2. Sleep Properly.
In order to gain weight, you need to sleep properly. As we know that we need to sleep for eight hours. So, if you want to gain your weight you have to do that. It is not good if you sleep less than eight hours a day because it can affect your weight a lot.
3. Don’t Do Any Difficult Exercise.
For you who wants to get fatter, please don’t do this thing a lot. Doing a hard exercise can make you losing too much weight. So, it just holds up your progress in gaining weight. I suggest you do an exercise which is not too hard like stretching, yoga or something similar to those two.
4. Make A Target Gradually.
Make sure to make a target gradually, for example, you have to gain at least 5 kilograms in a week so do all your best until you gain that number. After that, make a new target and so on until you think that it is enough.
5. Have A Strong Intention.
If you want to gain your weight, you need to have a strong intention. Without a good intention, it will be hard for you to gain your weight and then you will become lazy.
6. Eat Snack A Lot.
This is the last weight gain tips that I can tell you. Eat a lot of snacks is very good to gain your body weight. But, try to eat a healthy snack to help you to get a better progress in gaining weight. I suggest you eat it each 3 until 4 hours. This way is quite working for me.
